Fresh cream cakes/ buns/ gateaux

We pride ourselves in a large range of these delicious cakes made from freshly whipped dairy cream. These include apple sponge, black forest gateau, chocolate soufflé cups with strawberry cream, chocolate swiss roll, jam roll, orange flan, pavalova, pear and peach flan, puff pastry caramel slice, strawberry flan, strawberry/ plain gateau and triffles not forgetting our fresh cream crepes with apple, apple & blueberry, pineapple and strawberry fillings! An equally vast range of fresh cream buns include fresh cream chocolate eclairs which have even been supplied to royal functions in Hillsborough Castle!

Another range of cakes that are becoming more popular are the all butter variety, each with their delectable, unique flavours and finish. These include: apple and cinnamon, banana and walnut, boiled cakes, carrot, cherry, cherry and sultana, chocolate chip, coffee, double chocolate chip, fruit ginger, ginger, iced ginger, iced madeira, lemon and ginger, lemon sensation, lime and coconut, madeira, sultana, toffee and finally walnut.

Rich Fruit Loaves

Jeffers famous fruit loaf is made to an age old recipe with golden sun ripened Turkish sultanas, best quality chinese walnuts and superior Italian red glace cherries. This is especially good cut into slices, spread with butter and served with tea or coffee.

Jeffers Home Bakery offer the largest selection of traybakes and pastries in the industry from a caramel slice to our renowned coconut snowballs.

Takeaway Sandwiches and Hot Food

We produce an extensive range of sandwiches daily. Our main sandwich breads include granary, white granary, granary sub, white and white sub. We offer a variety of fillings or you can choose your own.

In some of our outlets we offer a delicious selection of hot food prepared daily. Our famous sausage rolls are extremely popular and are available hot or cold. We can also cater for parties, weddings, funerals and other functions with sandwich platters, sausage rolls and vol-au-vents etc.
